Cilas Concrete Construction is owned by Enol and Cilas Gilles. Cilas was born and raised in Haiti, and came to United States with $20 dollars. Since 1978, Cilas has been working in the construction industry and gaining valuable knowledge and experience. In 1996, Cilas became a Licensed Concrete Contractor. Cilas then decided to broaden his construction accomplishments and he is currently registered as General Contractor. His dedication, values, and work ethic resonates through every project that he undertakes. Cilas takes pride in passing on the construction torch to his son.
Enol Pierre Gilles was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida with Haitian parents who migrated to the South Florida area from Haiti in search of a better life. Gilles ended up graduated from the Computer Technology Program at John I Leonard High School and earned football scholarship to Minnesota State University where he was a 4 year starter earning All Conference Honors, Most Dedicated Player Honors, and Finest Offensive Back Honors. He served as Team captain as well for 3 years. Gilles was able to earn a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. During his college years Gilles showed great entrepreneurial spirit designing websites for Professional athletes, became a Powerseller on Ebay, and also owned websites that sold shoes and textbooks. Gilles was also featured on Fox News for his business ventures.
Following a successful college campaign, Gilles decided to return to South Florida to join the family construction business, Cilas Construction. He passed the General Contractors exam at the age 23, at one time making him one of the youngest general contractor in the state of Florida. Joining Cilas Construction, Gilles was able to gain an online presence, which gave customers an opportunity to leave positive reviews for work done. He has also implemented systems and tactics to improve the companies productivity.
Gilles has been able to secure construction projects that resulted in working for companies like Macy’s, Starbucks, Super 8 Motels, Public, Truly Nolan, BP, H&M, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Holiday Inn, Harbor Freight Tools, Marriott, Cummins, Majic Jack, Double D Tobacco, Carvel Ice Cream, and of course many loyal customers throughout South Florida. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams. Enol enjoys coaching his sons sports teams and actively being involved in charitable endeavors throughout the world.
