PERMITTING:
Cilas Construction is licensed and insured in the state of Florida and we meet the requirements and certifications for all municipalities. Following client signatures we have an admin team that sketch customer survey to prepare the permits and documents to necessary portals to get approved permits.
DEMOLITION / EXCAVATION:
After customer confirmation and walk through we will began the demolition process and remove excess fill and haul away from site.
FORMING/ FRAMING:
This is the most important stage and also a good time for the client to visualize exactly where the concrete will go. This is also the time grading and compacting of the existing soil will take place to prepare for Forming inspection.

CONCRETE POUR:
Our concrete driveways are typically poured with 4000 PSI Concrete with Fiber mesh at 4″ Deep, 6″ deep at aprons. Specifications may also vary based on plans. The following day we saw cut control joints .
